MOMOX are a real disappontment & this feedback is fake!Facts:6/2/24 order confirmed/payment taken"awaiting despatch" in order details15/2/24 I enquired16/2/24 they informed me item no longer available - they had "of course made a refund"20/2/24 I reported no refund21/2/24 MOMOX replied & didn't mention refund at all! I put them straight.22/2/24 they coolly referred me to Ebay.23/2/24 Ebay refunded - so it appears MOMOX did not in fact refund - item still "awaiting despatch"Despicable!

Excellent product, marred by weak packaging.
Excellent production of a well-loved musical occasion led by the much-missed Jansons. Marred slightly by weak packaging, resulting in damage to the case.
