Great radio for the price
8 of 9 found this helpful There were only two issues that I have with this radio. 1) its speaker is on its bottom so if not mounted hanging and is instead set on a desk the audio is somewhat muffeled, better as a mobile rig. 2) the sensitivity of its receiver is somewhat less than my 817nd. Otherwise the radio is easy to use (lots of youtube videos to explain its operation) and value for the price is very good.

Not a good fit
The construction of this product is different than original equipment. I found that it was way to tight when trying to put on the shaft of the burner control. Would not recommend.
