  Received item in good condition but it has sign of used, it did not come with seal bag as shown on the photo. It is not a brand “new” item as described.

  I ordered the BCM qd endplate on Dec. 18 2020. Order #255274. I decided to go with a standard endplate. It was removed from its package but never used in any way or mounted. Perhaps “open stock” would have been more accurate than brand new.If you are not pleased with the item I will refund your purchase price upon receiving the returned item (buyer pays return shipping). Sorry for the misunderstanding.
