Item was damaged, even the replacement was damaged! Come on!!

I thought I was buying something useful but now I have ending up wasting a lot of time, money and bin space!!! I wouldn't like to recommend as they clearly don't have any items which ain't damaged after receiving 2 damaged goods after I explained that more packaging might help they still didn't listen even tho they Fizz told me it had been noted. (CLEARLY NOT) -_- Not trusted.
