Seller charged me $4.80 for shipping. When I received my item it was in a Manila envelope with 3 stamps on it. I contacted the seller and ask why I was charged $4.80 for shipping and he told me "Then send it back and I will refund you the money. After ebay gets their cut, it isn't worth the hassle." Seller is ripping off his customers with shipping charges and pocketing the money blaming eBay for high fees. BUYERS BEWARE OF OVER PRICED SHIPPING COST
