Change your oil!
I get this kit for every oil change. Everything you need to do it right (except the oil - I recommend Motul 5100).

Inexpensive upgrade for your Ford
If you have a Ford alternator, and your charging circuit REQUIRES the idiot light on your dash, you should get one of these. This converter attaches easily to your alternator. You can run one of the wires back to your idiot light if you want; I did. However, with this if the light burns out, you won't have to deal with your entire charging circuit failing. Weird design from Ford - This fixes it. Recommended.
