    Her claim was bogus: the sweater I sold her was in PERFECT CONDITION when shipped (PHOTOS TO PROVE IT), and I received a DIFFERENT SWEATER with a hole in it in her return. USPS confirmed my shipment was delivered to her without damage. Ebay Customer Support advised and guided me how to report the buyer rangerdog1968. Ebay customer support did NOT find any harassment by me. I was compensated 100% by eBAY after their review of the case. I would avoid this buyer as untrustworthy.
