I SUBTLY POINTED OUT TO THEM THAT POSTAGE INCREASED ACCORDING TO MORE WEIGHTY ITEMS. THEY THEN POSTED THROUGH THEIR OPTION - AND THE ORDER GOT "LOST" IN TRANSIT! BAD COMMS. IS THE BIGGEST REASON THIS SELLER GOT A LOW SCORE.
