  The supposedly new item is very substantially used, with brown dribble stains from the spout and other marks. It was listed as new and unused, in a box that has been opened. The inside was speckled with lime scale in the way a used kettle is. The box was battered. I was going to refrain from feedback but the seller, who 'does not accept returns' is away for at least two weeks, meaning I cannot resolve this with them. I cannot get a refund at least until then, and I feel this is appalling service

  Brand new item as described. Quick postage and quick replies from seller. Sadly I opened the box to find it has a Euro plug. I then read the instructions and find it cant be used to extend existing wifi anyway, so it'll be back up for sale shortly having never been used.
