A Good Healthy Digestive and Loss Weight Product
Since I have IBS/D, I use Benefiber Healthy Choice. It does not give me painful cramps when I drink this fiber. All other liquids like miralax and citricil gives me pains in my solon area. So I have to take it 3xs a day to be effective.
