  The product was never sent out to me. i was informed about apparent warehouse fire and then it took them over a month to refund my money after many many conversations. The seller is known for this kind of unprofessional behaviour as previous feedbacks states. i will not consider purchasing anything from this seller.

  Dear Customer. I apologised to you for what occurred and tried to explain that this was an issue with my supplier and stock. I tried to resolve by waiting for the item to be sent but the delayed occurred. I did arrange your refund once I knew.

  I really apologise as the warehouse had a problem due to a fire in one section which caused problems with my orders It genuely was out of hands and as a result the item had to be refunded. I hope you can understand and revise your feedback.
