- 7***i (834)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseWithin 30mins of receiving this ES335 I had reason to contact the seller because it had a problem with buzzing on the strings,he told me to make certain adjustments etc and was I sure how to tune a guitar rather insulting,I replied that I would have a professional guitar technician look at this who came back diagnosis damaged thread on truss rod would not just to rectify the neck problem avoid like the plague.Reply from: jrh47- Feedback replied to by seller jrh47.- Feedback replied to by seller jrh47.After a request from the buyer for a refund because of string buzz the guitar was returned in its original packaging and case. However upon inspection of the guitar the truss rod cover was found to be off. One of the tuners was bent and had to replaced with a new set. The truss rod is fine provided the correct allen key is used. Re-aligning the strings corrected the string buzz. The neck pick up plate was un-screwed and hanging in the guitar body and therefore had to be screwed back into place.

I knew the US company by reputation and the main thing is for what I bought it for, it's perfect! If I had imported it, it would have cost me more and probably taken another month to arrive. I was honestly surprised that no one bought it before I did and the packaging for delivery was excellent. Many thanks (-:#
