this brought down the swelling in my knees in days.
I had swelling on my right knee for a long time, about two years. I found out that the swelling indicates that fluid cannot get into the knee in this case, and that magnesium is what the body needs to allow the fluid to get into the knee. And it turns out that there are at lease eight different magnesium compounds. Well, this product was what needed. Within days the swelling had almost all gone down and I could walk comfortably without limping. This was the solution to my needs!
