Extremely pleased

This works really well with my Lenovo Yoga 700 and old screen, keyboard and mouse, also giving benefit of wired Ethernet internet connection. Installation software was easily downloaded from StarTech website and set-up was easy. Took a bit of hunting in Windows 10 to find out how to switch off laptop screen, but proved very straightforward: go to Settings; Display; and then under "Multiple display" select "Show only 2".

Ran slow for me

I have used Kaspersky in the past and always found it to be an excellent product, but have more recently used Webroot. I thought I would give Kaspersky another try at this very reasonable price. I'm sure that Kaspersky provides excellent protection but I found that it was affecting performance of my PC especially MS Outlook. It might well be that there are other reasons for this, but I'm afraid I'm going to ditch Kaspersky and go back to Webroot.

Works with Android phone

I lost my original cable which was only IOs compatible so picked this item as it specifically said it would work with my Android phone. The volume buttons on the cable work fine and I can use the cable button to advance tracks but not to go back a track. I've tried some headphone control apps but none seem to be able to make this feature work either. Not a big deal. The main thing is that this cable works and was hugely cheaper than the Bose replacement.
