A Drop In Replacement on an Older Dell Laptop
1 of 1 found this helpful I had an older Dell Laptop that was still working fine but getting to feel a bit slow, Rather than buy a new laptop, I replaced the harddrive with an SSD, upped the RAM to 8GB and replaced the existing Intel T8400 with this processor. The extra caching and slightly higher speed is a definite improvement.
