One of the Nicest Looking Coins in US History
Through out the years the United States mint has produced some fantastic looking coins. From the Morgan dollar to the Saint-Gaudens gold to the Lincoln penny; but few compare to great design of a Susan B. Anthony dollar. The bust of Susan B. Anthony on the obverse looks very nice and was the first time a female besides a model or mythical figure was placed on a US coin and the 13 surrounding stars represents the original colonies. As far as I'm concerned, the reverse is still one of my top 5 favorite reverses on a US coin. Again it contains 13 stars for the original colonies, earth is in the background, and a bald eagle is landing upon the moon. The cleverness of the design is fantastic, having one of the founding women's rights activists be the first female on a US coin along with the eagle landing on the moon at the 10 year anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing (coin was first issued in 1979). This coin looks great and tells a small part of the story of the history of the United States. 1981 was the last year of issue originally (1979-1981) but there was later a reissue of the design in 1999, however 1981 still suffered from the lowest mintage of any of the years. Due to this low mintage the 1981, the 1981 Susan B. Anthony dollars are amongst the higher priced of the series (2011 Red Book 1981 P,D,S (Unc) MS-63 average $7 compared to most others in the series averaging $3). All in all this is a great coin for any coin or history enthusiast. The history the design tells could work wonders for teaching or remembering about 3 of the most important events in the United States history (the original 13 colonies, women's rights movement, and the moon landing). The low amount of issued years and variations make it easy for any one to create a near complete set and averaging at $3 and $7 for uncirculated and $10 to $30 for proofs make it affordable for beginning or seasoned numismatist (the exceptions being the 1979P wide rim variety, 1979 proof clear S variety, and the 1981 proof clear S variety which can range from the $30s to well over $200). All in all this series of coins is amongst my personal favorites, and it's a honor to know I'm amongst the less the 3.5 million people to have examples of the 1981 issues.

One of the wrost games ever made...
I was a huge Shaq fan when this came out and I can remember playing it on the Sega Channel. Even back than I thought this is one of the worst games ever made though. Graphics even for Sega Genesis aren't that great, controls are horrible, story... is there a story??? Shaq may have actually been the one that wrote the story and dialouge, game play and all around experiance isn't that great. That said I mainly added this to my collection to see if what I remembered was correct and just to add it so I can tell people I own Shaq-Fu to see the look of disgust on their face heheh. If you collect fighting games you may add this as it is an infamous game in the genre, or if you collect Shaq items it shows his popularity at the time, or if you pride yourself on collecting or playing horrible games GET THIS NOW.

A Jayhawk's Journey
Basicly Jerod Hasse's dairy from his senior season, Floor Burns takes you inside the mind and life of a Kansas Jayhawk basketball player. He manages to give you insight to what it's like before a home game, the juggling act that is performed between basketball and studies, dealing with the high expectations, and all of the other stresses, hardships, joy, excitement, and privledges that come with being a member of a history rich basketball school. He gives you a glimpse of what players like Paul Pierce, Raef LaFrentz, and Jacque Vaughn are like behind the scene, and how coach Roy Williams handles tough situations. All in all I rathered enjoyed this book, it gave me even more respect for the players. If you like the Jayhawks or college basketball in general, this is a great read to find out what happens behind the scenes. Rock chalk.
