For the price its great
For the price you can't argue with the product. One of of the poles the plastic was cracked, but does not affect the product function. I think the damage was caused in shipping.

This Shark is by far the best vacuum we have had.
2 of 2 found this helpful Excellent build quality. Simple lift away to tackle stairs easily. Superb suction and cleaning on both carpet and hard floors. The only small negative would be the relatively small waste bin, which fills up after cleaning 2 rooms. However is this because it picks everything up that lesser vacuums might leave behind. But the bin is quick and easy to empty. This Shark is by far the best vacuum we have had.
