A Touch of Pink
I'd seen this movie when it was available on Prime. Loved the references top Cary Grant's most well known films. Even better was the delicious irony that Grant as played wonderfully by Kyle McLachlan wants Alim to remain closeted with his mother - marvelously played by Suleka Mathew. As Grant remained in the closet his entire career and thereafter.

Mad Pilgrimage of the Flesh. Aptly describes its subject
The author, John Lahr, was one of the stellar drama critics of THE NEW YORKER magazine. Tennessee Williams, his subject, was one of our most brilliant 20th century playwrights. Lahr's scholarship of and insight into Williams work is monumental.
