Easy to install

Easy to set up and install. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. If you have a timid animal I would recommend setting the free access mode where the lock does not activate (I know it defeats the object but our cat got so scared of the clicking, she would not go near it and it has taken two weeks for her to run through it if the flap is held open). Even with this set back we would recommend it.

Bahco BAHMK9 Switch Cabinet Multi-Fitting With 9-Way Master Key

Not for plumbers or pipe fitters.

I bought to use on drain cocks and did not expect any problems with it being a Bahco. It has a nice solid feel and it was great to finally have a tool that fitted any 15mm drain cock I came across, it also got many appreciative and jealous comments from my colleagues. Unfortunately, the large square socket split after only opening and closing about 30 drain cocks and none needed to be forced (I also haven't told my colleagues). I have now gone back to my brass Rothenburger and pound shop four way keys. Great if your only planning on using it to open cabinets and I would therefore recommend it to any one who needs access to different machinery (eg electician, BMS or commissioning) as it appears to have a key for everything.

Glossy is good
