Poor quality product

2 fans were purchased and unfortunatly neither worked when connected to 12V DC which is supposed to be their operating voltage. Not a lot of money to loose but very disappointing.

App for control very poor

Installations was straightforward but the App when used on an IPhone was clunky and had issues. Also it lacked some simple features that a conventional programmer has. Being honest for a product from a company such as Honeywell who have been in the central heating business from day one very disappointing. Over the last 40 years installed lots of their systems but this product really does not represent them in a good light. They need to add software control via a PC or laptop as a lot of users have requested.

Limited function for the price

Touch screen operates fine and looks a reasonable piece of equipment ffor integration. However it does not have any analogue output channels or counter timer channels for monitoring a pulse input such as RPM measurement. At the price this is being sold for it really should have at least one of each channels to cope with this shortfall. Its a shame because the inteface software works well and an excellent platform to create front screens for the display module.
