I have not used it yet but heard good r...

I have not used it yet but heard good reports from other people. I intend to use it on and in the tubes of of my Al-ko spare wheel carrier which I am over hauling and re designing to make it easier to pull in and out. I've wire brushed inside of the the tubes and intend to pore waxoyl inside to coat the inside so that it does not seize up as they usually do, I try to do this every 3 or 4 months, that way I might save myself the frustration of laying in some layby trying to pull out the wheel.

well made, works well, but you have to leave some loose cable so you can dismount it to install other cables

I would have preferred it if it was screw together from the front instead of having to dismount it to get at the screws through the back to open it up to add cables for other installations.

strongly built easy to fit

we managed to fit it without removing any rear body panels, were as with other makes you had to take off the rear bumper. we had to cut a small section of the bumper to allow for the hitch it took me and my daughter 1.1/2 hrs to fit which included drinking 2 cups of coffee !!!
