  Thank you. Even though the delivery box looked a bit beaten through the handling of the delivery company the item inside was well packaged, protected and clearly labelled fragile. Good communication and arrived on estimated delivery date. Would definitely recommend this seller. Thank you again the item is beautiful.

  Thank you for your review, I'm really pleased to read it's reached you in perfect condition and you're happy with the crystal. Thankfully the bear was securely encased in its own little box and the fragile tape means very little to certain postal workers. I have seen something on tv about postal depots and their employees getting a thrill out of chucking packages around that have the fragile tape on them...very mature. :)
