Great game if you don't have anything to do, a fair shooting experience.
I've played previous shooter games like Syphon filter and Resistance Retribution and let me tell you that this game is similar in a way but is not as exciting as those ones. Considering the year the graphics are ok, the gameplay is fair, but you cannot control the camera at your own will, basically where the characters look, the camera will move automatically to that direction. I liked the fact that you can upgrade your weapons, confiscate drugs and deal them, buy different clothes and the objectives of missions are interesting. Something that annoyed me very much is the fact that the enemies don't have many voice lines, they are very repetitive: "I'll kill you", "you're going down", "you're gonna die bi#@h"... those are the only lines you'll hear from them, so after the first or second level you're going to get sick of hearing them.
Levels are ok, but the game is too short, it only has 12 levels and afterwards there isn't much replay value, so that's something you should think before getting it. I'd recommend getting the Syphon Filter series, or Resistance Retribution instead, but if you're a true fan of the series and movie, give it a shot.

Free Roam! Decent game lenght, Great graphics, Nice controls.
This game is a similar port from Spider-Man 2 for the PS2, but is not 100% the same. The gameplay is great because there is free roam for you to be swinging around New York, and for a psp game the graphics are great. Basically there are 3 game modes: Story mode, Conquest Mode and City Patrol. Although the story mode is great, there are some missions that have nothing to do with the whole spider-man 3 story, and some are repetive.
Conquest mode, is where you have to complete as many missions as you can before the next day, so you can gather some points, and finally City patrol are missions that you can take aside story mode to earn some points and to restore peace and order to the city.
I like the fact that you can upgrade spidey's moves, speed and abilities, just like the PS2 version, for you to enjoy gameplay a little bit better.
Overall the game is great, if you're a spider-man fan, you should definitely get it.
