Timeless Classic based on James Joyce's short story from "Dubliners" is well-rendered
This is a timeless classic based on the short story from James Joyce's "Dubliners." It is gently brought to life by director, John Huston, with wonderful visual detail to its turn of the century era. It stars Anjelica Huston, Donal McCann, Donal Donelly and other well-known actors from the 1980s. It takes place at a Dublin Christmas dinner with a new year coming and the thought of time passing is facing everyone. Anjelica is perfect in the lead, the only character who confronts her memories so honestly. The quality of the film is just fine,
