Item came quickly (less than 48 hours after I ordered it), looks great (can't tell it's used!) and works beautifully. The coffee is fantastic. Only minor thing is that there was no scoop included for the espresso (looking at the description, one isn't mentioned, so I suppose fair enough) and the description states it comes with two cups, which weren't in the box. These are tiny things though; I'm very pleased with the machine and its condition!

wow the seller did described the item and wow it was in a brand new box and the model was brand new apart from the hose was spilit but it is easy to repair it and works amazing and was deilveryed on time.
