Needs gaskets.

Construction is Flimsy plastic. However they do not seal. A separate gasket is required to get a seal. They do a fine job of covering. However if you want a seal-get the gaskets. It doubles the cost.

Inefficient-Not worth the effort for the expense

It is very awkward to manage. Slicer does not slice it mangles. Shredder does not shred It mashes. It’s bulky and does not feed well. A lot of material gets trapped along the side and doesn’t feed through.
