I hoped for better saw
At first I thought it would be great. However, it leaks oil and the chain comes off. For me, it is hard to get the chain back on. Have no idea if the tension adjustment works, as I can't turn it. I will say it cuts nice and is lightweight. It is easy enough for a woman to use.

Waste of money
This shampoo did nothing for my dog's skin. Don't waste your money on it.
