Watch this dvd and then pass it on, thats what we did.
A must see! Examines the background to the Baptist church bombing, and murder of four young African American girls, in Birmingham Alabama. particularly good on the bravery of the African American towns people in Birmingham as they stood up to white racist attacks and intimidation, where the local police and town authorities colluded in these attacks. a damning endightment of white racist America, still sadly relevant today. A fine piece of film journalism, but I would expect nothing less from Spike Lee!

the eyes have it
aok Daniel has amazing stare-y scare-y eyes! as well as being a great actor who generally speaking doesn't accept rubbish scripts. Except perhaps the Lincoln film but I am biased since I despise all things AMERICAN!

a must see
based on an Arthur Miller play, so it's no surprise that it is brilliant. Day Lewis is brilliant as well!
