Someone who knows

I have used one of these vices for 2 yrs I do not expect a precision tool for this money only a fool would but it was very cheap and for this money it does a good job ,but only as a drill press vice . The build quality is very poor . Accurate work would be hard to do .If you have a little bit of sense you can tighten and adjust to make it work .The one I have just bought needs new cross thread screws making as they don’t run true . The only drawback is it’s Chinese. I don’t know how they make it for the money. But corners have to be cut.

Dewalt grinder

Just got this Yesterday so haven’t used it much. Looks well built . quite heavy. What I like is the soft start (good). worked well when I did a bit of grinding . If I can get another at the same price I’ll buy another. Good for the money. Would have liked a spare set of brushes because it looks like the grinder will last longer than the brushes in the motor .
