3 of 3 found this helpful I wanted to return it because it is just too heavy for me to handle easily--I'd never be able to carry it up or down any stairs and t could not tell whether it was going to be heavy or not.
The price (reduced) seemed great! But I wanted to return it and the cost for ME to return it would have far exceeded what I paid for it----so I've kept it...to give away to somebody or store in a garage for a gas can or the like....
My answers to the above are not entirely correct but there aren't many options/choices pertaining to how I can evaluate it. I've not fully taken it out of box (have to get help)--so haven't et it up to see if it is good value or quality--but it certainly seems sturdy by the weight....
