Good House
The size is as quoted. It is made from environmentally resourced wood. When my guinea pigs gnaw on it, the wood did not seem to splinter into damaging sharp pieces. The whole finished product is smooth and pleasant to touch. One of my rather large guinea pigs can stretch himself out in this wooden house. It is lightweight but not so my guinea pigs can to knock it about.

Does the job.
Approx. 23.5cm wide,37cm long. Lowest height approx. 10cm - did the job perfectly without cluttering up the computer table. Also provides some storage space under the stand. Easy to put together

Perfect for purpose
My guinea pigs won't get their heads stuck between the bars. The flaps stops them sitting in the hay .The hook enable the hay to be slightly of the floor of the cage to prevent it being soiled.
