Product worked perfectly

There are reviews about this product saying it doesn't work perfectly and needs to be modified, which is rubbish, it does work perfectly. If you have a problem with it you must be using it on the wrong type of plug caps. The packaging says it works with AEG, AVH, AZG, BBW, BDC, BEV and BGD engines. Mine is a 1999 New Beetle 2.0L Petrol, AQY.... and it worked perfectly for me. It's a really good tool and prevents damage to your plug caps/wires when removing them. A must have tool for the job, comes well recommended.
