Night sweat no more!
5 of 5 found this helpful After 9wks solid of suffering up to 30 sweats a day & waking hourly through the night I was exhausted through sleep deprivation & at my wits end. Unable to take other remedies due to a genetic liver disorder I stumbled upon red clover tablets. After just 1 wk of taking 1 tablet per evening my sweats had reduced by 70% & I only woke 3 times a night. After 2 wks I had my first full nights sleep & I may only get the odd day flush once a wk or less! I cannot rate these highly enough, though I'm unsure as to how they help with other menopause symptoms I can vouch that for flushes & night sweats they've restored me to my old self.
