Help with osteopenia
I have osteopenia and I wanted to buy something that will work along side my meds
it's early days still at the moment as I have only just started taking them
And with the way the world is going and its getting harder and harder to get my meds from the doctor, I have to think about other forms of meds
I have rated them as a five star however I will not no if them even work yet, but I have ordered enough to last a year, so I'll see how I feel after taking them for the year, I will run out of them next March 2024
