Informative but.....
The book itself and the knowledge behind it can't be faulted . I'm doing very well with the weight loss but my only criticism would be the pricey ingredients that you need for many of the recipes.
Some of them would cost well in excess of £15 for example which tends to put you off wanting to try to make the dish in the first place. I'm sticking to a lot of the smaller basic recipes and it is working. It does open your eyes to the foods you always thought were out of bounds regarding weight loss.

Tablets are excellent for the scan and also act as a good suppressant also.
