  I had to pay a charge on the postage to collect the package. Presumably they've selected the wrong package size or ebay has made a mistake. Either way the seller didn't seem to understand that they needed to resolve the issue and make sure I'm not out of pocket. Still not had a refund. It also took ages to get to me as a result.
