hot flushes,
These are good for hot flushes, need to take them for about 6 to 8 weeks before you start noticing a difference but they are the best I've had, now I won't have anything else

Happy kitties
We have 2 cats, 1 isn't interested in the cat tree / house but the younger one loves it, sleeps on it all the time. They were supposed to have it for Christmas but they don't know the difference and wanted it putting together when it arrived.
It's quite compact so doesn't take up all the floor.
Definitely recommend this cat tree / house
