    Thank you… it’s my nanny’s cheese grater,exactly the same, from the 50’s. She still had it in the 70’s when I was a kid. The thing was immortal. Unfortunately they started to make them from plastic or with plastic moving parts. I’m 54 , I’ve been talking about the merits of this particular cheese grater for 35 years , everytime one of my fancy cheese graters broke I cursed it up and down and wistfully remembered my nanny had one that was indestructible!!! I’m over the moon.

Healthy seeds
I sowed a few indoors. The first came up within 4 days, and another arrived every day. I'm also planning to put some directly in the ground.

It's quite difficult to find enteric coated peppermint capsules, so I'm delighted with these. This is my third box. They are made in Brentwood, Essex, so would be subject to UK regulations.
