A well engineered aid to splitting timber
A well engineered product which has the ability to split timber 'biscuits', even those with more difficult grain structures. I find creating a shallow 'slot' using a chainsaw taking care to avoid kickback makes splitting seasoned hardwood and softwood timber a pleasurable exercise. No signs of 'mushrooming' of the head despite considerable pounding from my sledge.
