  The seller didn't even bother sending the item for a week, I finally had to message themto ask if there's a problem with absolutely no response. The seller then decided to send the item, which I waited a few more days for hoping that the ordeal was over. However unfortunately the keyboard was faulty! Again I messaged the seller hoping for any sort of response, even a polite apology, nothing. They continued to ignore my messages, they eventually accepted my return request, still no response!
