New, sealed, great price, great shipping costs.
Expendable is an old / vintage Computer game. It was brand new, sealed and also very cheap. I have a dedicated Windows 98 retro gaming PC and that's what I got this game for. I haven't tried this on a modern PC, so be sure you know what you are buying.

Good for Windows, Great for DOS!
4 of 4 found this helpful This sound card comes with the YAMAHA YMF744 Chip. It works great with Direct Sound and Direct Sound 3D games. For A3D and EAX there are better options, like an Aureal Vortex 2, or a Sound Blaster Live, but the killer feature of this sound card is the DOS compatibility.
Firstly you can run many games from withing Windows, through a MS-DOS prompt. This will also give you General MIDI through the integrated YAMAHA synth.
But the best feature is the excellent DOS compatibility in pure MS-DOS 6.22 or MS-DOS Mode. With the correct drivers, most games will work just fine and this card has an authentic 100% accurate OPL3 FM integrated as well.
And finally this sound card is NOS (New Old Stock), complete with Box, Driver CD and for a great price.

Excellent value
The cooler is really simple to install. It has mounting holes for a wide range of cards. The fan is quiet but the cooling performance is great. I upgraded a GeForce4 Ti with this cooler.
