Essential for chronic conditions
Anyone stuck indoors on a long term basis should be taking D3. This increased dose contributes to pain relief as well. the gel capsules make them easier to swallow

a steal at current price
initially appeared a little large but after putting in essentials, i.e. waterproofs, snack, inner tube and minor repair kit, lights ,(just in case) there is enough room for some shopping, which is what I bought it for rather than having to wear a back pack. Quick and easy to unclip and sling over your shoulder which you can't do with most pannier bags. material is very sturdy and so far waterproof, can be zip closed or it has a little twist toggle. there is one inner zipped pocket would have been nice to have more or at least some elasticated loops but for £ 10 I really can't complain. unashamedly girly this is the second one I have purchased, the green one is also very nice. not the lightest bag around but I would highly recommend it.
