My first Dyson, works just as described and that means wonderfully!
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this vacuum cleaner. I don't have carpeting, I use it to clean my tile floor and it's awesome! I can't imagine that it wouldn't work perfectly well on carpets as well! It is easy to use, easy to empty, and easy to maneuver.

I'm glad I won the auction and now have a deep fryer that doesn't take up too much counter space.

I wish it had at least these two features: a temperature control, and/or a timer because the oil gets very hot, very quickly. I don't know if the oil continuously goes up in temperature; remains at a fixed high point; or what's going on.
Unfortunately, there's no indicator light to let you know it's hot enough. I burned my hand touching the outside to see if it was warm and found that it was actually quite hot. So hot, that I make sure there are no plastic or even paper items anywhere near it while I'm frying, I'm afraid the plastic might melt, or the paper catch fire.
I've not ever had a deep fryer like this, have done all my frying in a frying pan with about ½ to 1 inch of oil, which I controlled with the heat setting for the burner. This was a new experience.
My cooking experience: The french fries browned very quickly but when I took them out they were undercooked on the inside. To remedy this I cooked the next batch (2 Idaho white potatoes) of peeled and cut fries in the microwave for three minutes, covered with a wet towel and, scattered on the plate to form an even layer. As they were semi cooked when I put them in this deep fryer, they were perfectly fried, crispy on the outside, and cooked inside.

LOVE the galaxy tab
i absolutely LOVE my galaxy tab. i have no idea what it's like to have an ipad so i cannot even make a comparison between the two. i had, tho, done a lot of research and decided on the tab when so many people, on various sites, raved about the galaxy tab. i have found it easy to use, it fits in my purse quite easily, and have enjoyed the android apps i've downloaded. i highly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing one.
