2nd Chance - Patterson & Gross
Really like Patterson's "women's murder club" series and this was one I hadn't read yet. It was very good but not really excellent. Not sure I would consider the entire series excellent but they are very entertaining and keep me on my treadmill! I judge books by how they hold my interest as it seems the only time I have to read is in the morning, before work, on my treadmill! Thanks for giviing me the opportunity to provide this review and sorry it took so long!

The Front by Patricia Cornwell
4 of 5 found this helpful I am a big fan of Cornwell's Dr. Kay Scarpetta novels and everytime I buy a book of hers that is not a Scarpetta novel I am disappointed. It's almost as if she uses a different writing style.
Her Scarpetta novels (in my opinion) are gripping and full of twists and turns. This particular one doesn't seem to be well written - there is no imagination. I started it and put it down and could care less if I finish it.
Interestingly Amazon rated this one of her best writings. Not sure why! I probably will not buy anything else but Scarpetta novels written by her.
