Stop smoking without scare tactics or drugs!

Great book on quitting the smoking habit. No scare tactics only the raw facts that will have you stop - not by willpower but by logic. It was just what I needed to hear. If you are motivated to quit and have tried all the other methods that failed (like I did) - here’s your ticket to freedom. I quit over 2 1/2 years ago and literally have never touched another cigarette. I buy extra copies to give to friends who are interested in quitting.

An Underground Education

This book is the wildest and craziest collection of true facts and stories that the average person will never get to see. There are some great vintage photos too, like the man with 2 functioning male organs, old photos of historic figures and the original fairy tale stories before they were tamed and tweeked to be more child friendly. Did you know that the original Sleeping Beauty was raped by the Prince and gave birth to twins?! I highly recommend this book if you enjoy the macabre and have a facination for the unusual. This is strictly a book for adults.

Food for thought

It’s a little heavy reading if you’re not familiar with biology but it gives Bruce Lipton credibility for the topics he covers in the book.
