Good product
High-quality build, inexpensive, and connector fit my Ipad 3 perfectly. Couldn't ask for more.

Not 940 nm, LED is visible in the dark.
Pro: Quality is extraordinary, it is a very powerful illuminator and the lens is excellent, able to narrow the beam at maximum zoom to a 2 foot by 2 foot square of very high intensity at 50 yards. Eats batteries but that's what makes it powerful.
Con: It's NOT a 940 nm LED. It is NOT covert. It glows red and can be seen in the dark... it appears to be an 850 nm LED. I would buy 2 more if it used a real 940 mn LED.

Solid useful module.
Great product. I use it to rate and compare lead-acid AGM batteries by setting the module to count the watt-hours from full charge down to 12.0 volts only. This gives a good comparison without deeply discharging the batteries. A well thought-out gadget.
