Installed on my 2011 Ford F350, crew cab...
Installed on my 2011 Ford F350, crew cab,4x4 with the 6.7 diesel. Perfect fit. Motorcraft item and solved the problem for traction control light coming on and front brakes working properly.

Fits New Holland LX565
Small modification had to be made to install seat safety switch to work, otherwise everything lined up for a New Holland LX565 model. The seat seems to be ok, but I have not spent anytime yet it.
