I ordered this for my son who has adhd and autism, he was fidgeting in class and a supply teacher gave him one. My son said it helped so I purchased one. Reports from my son's teacher and my son feels it helps, he used to chew his clothes and pick his skin this has helped with that too. I would recommend to give it a try.
