Menthol -relieves and soothes "stuffy nose" symptoms

MENTHOL. It helps to decongest and soothe inflames nasal passages. I used to use it for my children, but it is currently working for my dog after treatment for nasal cancer. As an Aromatherapist I woud stronly advise - Do not use Rosemary on small children. It is a stimulant as well as an anti-inflammatory, and will hinder sleep.
