Mealworms, great for all garden birds.
The birds love these mealworms, as do I, not that i eat them, lol, they are good value for money and come in a plastic (not too happy about the plastic though) bucket rather than a bag. The bags tend to rip or burst so the bucket is better and can be washed out and reused.
I have a couple of hedgehogs visit my garden too, they love the mealworms but they only have them as a treat. Bit like humans and chocolate. Mealworms hold no source of goodness for hedgehogs and if they solely rely on them as their food source, because they are tasty for them, then unfortunately the poor hedgehogs can end up with health issues such as brittle bones. I feed the birds daily but only treat the hedgehogs once a week to a small amount.

Feeding my feathered friends
I would highly recommend these dried mealworms. The birds love them. I have few starlings that come onto the feeders, they are hilarious to watch and scatter the feed everywhere, but this helps the ground feeding birds get their share too. I am happy with the service from start to finish, the cost is reasonable for the amount you receive. It is definitely more cost effective buying in bulk.

Baby soft skin
I use this product as part of my morning routine. I put some bicarbonate of soda in the palm of my hand then add some coconut oil, rub it together to make a paste, if you like, then use it as a gentle face scrub whilst in the shower. It gently exfoliates my skin, I do not use any other moisturiser on my face and I also use the oil (on its own) to moisturise the rest of my body. If my face feels a bit dry, it's usually my nose and around the sides of my nose that feel a little dry, I put a small amount on my fingers rub my finger together then pop it on the area that feels a little dry. I swear by this product. It isn't just for cooking with. It's also great for putting through your hair and leaving in overnight if it's dry or colour/bleach treated. Highly recommended.
